Day 0: 14th November 2026 – Arrival in Tanzania
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will receive a warm welcome from our professional team. You will then be transferred to Moshi town, located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Take time to relax, recover from your journey, and prepare for the exciting trekking adventure ahead. This day is designed to help you settle in comfortably while getting a brief orientation about your upcoming climb.

Day 1: 15th November 2026 – Preparation & Briefing Day
This is a full and engaging preparation day designed to ensure all climbers are fully ready for the Kilimanjaro adventure. After breakfast at the hotel, you will attend a comprehensive briefing led by professional mountain guides covering the route, safety procedures, and what to expect during the climb. A complete gear inspection will follow, with rental support available for any missing equipment. Our medical team will also conduct a health and safety session to prepare you for high-altitude trekking. Over the next 7 days, you will trek through some of the most breathtaking and diverse landscapes in Africa—from lush rainforest and scenic moorland to alpine desert and icy glaciers near the summit.
