- Personal Expenses: Any personal purchases, including souvenirs, drinks, laundry, and tips for the staff, are not included.
- Discounts for Children: Children under 5 travel free when sharing accommodations with two adults. Special discounts apply for children aged 6–12.
- Family-Friendly Activities: The safari includes child-appropriate excursions, with age restrictions for certain activities for safety.
- Parental Responsibility: Parents or guardians must supervise their children throughout the safari.
A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to departure. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will incur a nominal fee, while cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. The safari itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Guests must follow all health and safety protocols. Luggage is limited to one checked bag and one carry-on per person. Special requests should be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability. Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers.
