Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve
Early morning departure from Nairobi (approx. 5–6 hours drive). Cross the equator and descend into Kenya’s arid north. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.
Search for the Samburu Special Five: Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, Beisa oryx, and long-necked gerenuk. Spot lions, elephants, and crocodiles along the river. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve
Full day of morning and afternoon game drives. Explore different zones of the reserve, tracking leopards in the riverine forest and cheetahs on open plains. Watch massive elephant herds drink at the river.
Optional cultural visit to a Samburu village to learn about their traditions, dances, and way of life. Return to lodge for meals and overnight.

Day 3: Samburu – Nairobi
