Overview:

The 9 Days Zanzibar & Mikumi Safari Experience is designed to offer you the best of both worlds: Zanzibar’s beautiful beaches and rich culture combined with an exhilarating wildlife safari in Mikumi National Park. For the first 3 days, you'll immerse yourself in Zanzibar's vibrant history, exploring Stone Town’s narrow streets and historical sites. You’ll also visit Zanzibar’s famous spice farms, where you can see and smell spices like cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and learn about their important role in the island's economy. After the cultural experiences, you'll spend time unwinding on Nungwi Beach, enjoying the sunshine and clear waters.

The next 4 days take you on an unforgettable safari adventure in Mikumi National Park, one of Tanzania’s prime safari locations. Here, you’ll go on game drives to spot Africa’s iconic animals, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, and lions. Between drives, you’ll enjoy the peace and serenity of the African wilderness. After your safari, head back to Zanzibar for some relaxation and adventure visit Prison Island to meet giant tortoises, enjoy a sunset dhow cruise along the coast, and soak in the tropical beauty before returning home.

Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar & Explore Stone Town

Arrive in Zanzibar and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day discovering Stone Town, the heart of Zanzibar’s history. Visit iconic landmarks such as the House of Wonders, Old Fort, and the Forodhani Gardens. Wander through the narrow alleys and bustling markets. In the evening, enjoy a local Zanzibari dinner.

Day 2: Visit Spice Farms & Relax on Nungwi Beach
