Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your safari begins with a drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, which takes you about 2-3 hours. This park is famous for its large number of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which attracts animals all year round. You’ll enjoy a full-day game drive, stopping to watch giraffes, zebras, lions, and many types of birds. In the late afternoon, you’ll leave the park and head to the nearby town of Karatu, where you’ll rest for the night in a comfortable lodge.

Day 2: Karatu to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, you’ll begin your journey to the Serengeti, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive is long but very scenic, with chances to see wildlife along the way. You’ll arrive in the Serengeti around midday and begin your first game drive in the park. You’ll explore the central part of the Serengeti, which is known for its open plains and large animal populations.
