Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will depart Arusha for Lake Manyara National Park. You’ll spend the day on game drives exploring the park’s forests, lakeshore, and grasslands. Look out for elephants, giraffes, hippos, flamingos, and the famous tree-climbing lions. In the late afternoon, transfer to your midrange lodge near Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater

Following an early breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater for a half-day game drive. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater, then ascend and return to your lodge for dinner and rest.
