Itinerary

After an early breakfast in Arusha, your guide will pick you up and drive to Tarangire National Park, about a two-hour journey. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, giant baobab trees, and beautiful landscapes. Enjoy a full-day game drive with chances to see elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, and many bird species. Stop for a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your wildlife safari. In the late afternoon, drive to your public campsite for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by nature.

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area on your way to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Enjoy spectacular views of the highlands along the route before entering the endless plains of Central Serengeti. After lunch, begin your afternoon game drive where you may spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and large herds of wildebeests and zebras. Throughout the day, search for crocodiles, hippos, lions, leopards, elephants, hyenas, and countless grazing animals. Stop for a picnic lunch before continuing your afternoon game drive. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and another peaceful night in the wilderness.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive as you leave Northern Serengeti and begin your journey south toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, continue searching for wildlife while enjoying the changing landscapes of the Serengeti ecosystem. Arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater rim in the late afternoon, where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the world's largest intact volcanic caldera. Dinner and overnight will be at a public campsite on the crater rim.

Start the day with an early descent into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. The crater is one of the best places in Tanzania to see the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino. You may also spot lions, elephants, hippos, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, flamingos, and many other bird species.
