Other Terms
A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to departure. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will incur a small fee, while cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please note that the itinerary may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, park regulations, or other operational challenges. Travelers are required to follow health and safety protocols during the safari. Luggage is limited to one checked bag and one carry-on. Special requests, including dietary preferences, mobility requirements, and additional gear, should be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
