Itinerary
Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Saadani National Park
Depart from Dar es Salaam in a private 4x4 safari vehicle after breakfast. Arrive at Saadani National Park for an afternoon game drive, spotting elephants, lions, and giraffes. Later, enjoy a private boat safari along the Wami River to see hippos and possibly dolphins.
Accommodation: Overnight at a comfortable beachfront lodge such as Saadani Safari Lodge or similar, with en-suite facilities and ocean views.
Day 2: Saadani National Park – Return to Dar es Salaam
After breakfast at the lodge, embark on a morning game drive in Saadani to explore more of its unique coastal wildlife. Enjoy a private lunch by the beach before departing back to Dar es Salaam, arriving by early evening.
